The Fatherland!!!

As the F1 circus returns to what may be a very chilly race at the “new” Nurburgring for the Eiffel GP this weekend, Lewis Hamilton once again has the opportunity to match Michael Schumacher’s tally of 91 race wins.

Rather appropriately, F2 series leader and title favourite, Mick Schumacher makes his official F1 debut on Friday in practice driving alongside Kimi Raikkonen as a possible prelude to a full time seat at Alfa Romeo in 2021. Elsewhere, the shock announcement of Honda exiting F1 at the end of next year has sparked a lot of debate and speculation regarding Max Verstappen and how strong his contract exit clause may be…

Meantime, Fernando Alonso has been to Enstone for his seat fitting ahead of his comeback with the Anglo-French team to be called Alpine next year. Rather fittingly (sic) we are offering for the first time to market some superb original pieces that have formed the private collection of a former senior at Enstone, including Fernando’s Melbourne 2009 racesuit, 2006 gloves alongside a fantastic Mild Seven promotional replica helmet from 2003.

Thank you,

Tim
