This race used Williams FW17 carbon fibre rear wing end plate bears reference 924/14 on the production plaque. It was race used in 1995 when David Coulthard and Damon Hill raced for the team .

In early 1996, several FW17 cars were re-liveried for promotional use in 1996 FW18 guise with revised sponsors. This rear wing end is from one of those cars and bears the race number 5 of Damon Hill as well as witness marks on the reverse from earlier Segafredo sponsorship.
