We are delighted to offer this complete ex Jos Verstappen race used 1997 Tyrrell 025 front nose cone and front wing assembly to market with perfect provenance.
This comes to market exclusively via MM from the estate / family of Dr Harvey ‘Doc’ Postlethwaite, the late Tyrrell designer, who also worked as designer for Hesketh, Wolf-Williams, Fittipaldi, Ferrari, Sauber, kand Honda during his illustrious career. It was mounted in ‘Doc’s’ barn office after the 1997 season and remained there for 26 years after his sad and untimely passing in 1999.
The assembly has the full sposorship logo set inc Epson, Goodyear, ICL, European Aviation, Ford, Koni, as well as Jos’ race number 18 and fluo yellow flashes that were added to distinguish Jos’ car from team mate, Mika Salo’s. It has slight damage from race use.
A wonderful race used complete nose and wing assembly used by Jos Verstappen in the latter days of the Tyrrell team and Harvey’s own career.
