In 2012, Red Bull backed Austrian base jumper, skydiver and daredevil Felix Baumgartner in his attempt jumping to Earth from a helium balloon from the stratosphere on 14 October 2012, landing in New Mexico, USA as part of the Red Bull Stratos project. To celebrate his success, Sebastian Vettel commissioned a one off Arai GP6 helmet with his helmet painter Jens Munser to mimic the space helmet used by Baumgartner.

This is an unofficial replica of that helmet. Based upon a replica Arai shell, it is airbrushed with all the correct details and has original Arai delta ducts and Arai ‘wicker bill’ chin spoiler. It also features JMD logos and a replica zylon strip to the dark smoke visor and replica FIA approval sticker to the rear
