Race used Aston Martin DB3S steering wheel, framed with signature plaque

MM is privileged to offer this wonderful race used steering wheel salvaged during restoration from Aston Martin DB3S.

Thirty DB3S cars were produced at Newport Pagnell by the competition department and were campaigned by legendary drivers including Peter Collins, Reg Parnell, Graham Hill, Stirling Moss, Roy Salvadori, Tony Brooks and Carroll Shelby prior to the launch of the DBR1 that won Le Mans in 1959.

When DB3S/5 went through a full Aston Martin Works restoration in 2014, a contemporary six bolt steering wheel boss and reproduction wheel was fitted to comply with historic racing regulations (as illustrated).

We offer the original steering wheel mounted and framed with an Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd chassis plaque, hand-signed in 2010 by the works drivers, Roy Salvadori, Tony Brooks and Sir Stirling Moss.
