Nigel Mansell 1992 Arai factory painted official replica Quantum helmet

Description

When Nigel Mansell secured his F1 title in 1992, he was an Arai helmet ambassador. In recognition of his title, Arai Japan commissioned a limited number of factory painted official replica helmets on GP3 and Quantum helmets.

Because of licensing issues, they did not feature all sponsor logos (see advertisement image), but this example has been retro fitted with correct Harrods, Camel, Zeon, Renault and Elf logos in addition to Arai, Canon and Labatts.

This helmet is presented in excellent condition, albeit with the usual degradation of foam internal padding after 30 years. A factory painted presentation helmet complete with its original box and papers that will grace any collection
