Description
One of the more unusual pieces we have offered for sale, this is a copy of the court judgement from Justice Eady when Max Mosley won his high court case against the News of the World in 2008. It has been hand signed by Mosley in blue sharpie.
He was a controversial figure from birth as the son of Sir Oswald Mosley, but left his mark in Formula 1 as the co-founder of March and as a highly respected president of the FiA. He was also a racing driver in his youth and was competing in the Hockenheim F2 race in 1969 when Jim Clark perished.
Max may be remembered now after his passing more for matters outside of the F1 paddock and this document is a most unusual collectible relating to a landmark UK legal case and makes for interesting reading!
