Max and Jos Verstappen signed 1/43 model Honda RA099 Prototype

In 1999, Jos Verstappen was test and development driver for the Honda RA099 works prototype F1 project run by Harvey Postlethwaite. The project was disbanded after the sad passing of Dr Postlethwaite in Barcelona, but not before Jos introduced his infant son Max to the car as pictured.

In 2022, Max was reunited with his father’s car at Honda in Japan ahead of the Suzuka GP as reigning World Champion driving with Honda power.

This scarce limited edition Minichamps model in a special display box is one of very few that have been hand signed by both Jos and Max Verstappen.
