Honda 1988 World Championship Chronograph watch

A very rare example of a special edition watch never publicly offered for sale after Honda’s incredibly successful 1988 F1 World Championship season with McLaren / Prost / Senna, winning 15 of 16 races that year.

Fully functioning with recent replacement battery cell, the analogue dial is complemented by a multi function digital module so typical of the era with stopwatch, lap timer, alarm and dual time functions. The watch has a matt pewter case finish with gold plated accents and has a Honda signed crown and bracelet.
