Graham Hill 1960s racing gloves and goggles
MM is delighted to offer a rarely seen pair of early 1960s Graham Hill black leather driving gloves and a NOS pair of US military M44 goggles as used by Graham whilst driving in F1 before he adopted a full face helmet.
These gloves were hand made to Graham’s design and were used by various drivers in period. A race used pair from the estate of the 1961 Ferrari F1 World Champion, Phil Hill were sold at the recent Gooding auction of his effects for US$781 (Lot 260)
This pair is partnered with a new old stock pair of M44 goggles, the exact US military type used by various drivers including Graham Hill in period. These come with a spare tinted lens as well as the clear lens.
