Emerson Fittipaldi 1980 British Grand Prix race visor by Simpson

We are delighted to offer this original Simpson visor as it was removed from Emmo’s race helmet after the British Grand Prix at Brands Hatch in 1980.

Tobacco advertising restrictions required the barcode pattern in place of Marlboro on the visor strip for this race, during Emerson’s last season in F1.

This visor has been stored in the collection of a former team member for 40 years and comes with an original period Fittipaldi team business card from when the operations were based in Reading.
