Early TAG Heuer Formula 1 mk1 watch from 1986 with original box
From 1986, the first year of the Formula 1 watch series by TAG Heuer, we offer this stunning example with the exceptionally rare original slider box that was discontinued after 1987, complete with imagery of Alain Prost’s TAG Porsche F1 car.
The hybrid case at 36mm diameter is unisex and has its original black rubber TAG strap. The dial has yellow on black detailing with full original lume, yellow unidirectional rotating bezel and the watch has benefitted from a recent new crystal glass and overhaul of the Eta movement with a new battery
A wonderful piece of 1980s nostalgia as used by many F1 personnel in period in fantastic condition and complete with its rare original box
