Darren Malkin 1997 Formula Renault Championship Trophy for 3rd place
Motorsport Memorabilia is pleased to offer this 3rd place championship trophy awarded to Darren Malkin driving for Manor Racing in the 1997 British Formula Renault Championship. Darren has since gone on to run ‘Drive Ascari’, was the professional driver for the James Hunt sequences in Ron Howard’s ‘Rush’ movie, mentoring Chris Hemsworth in his cameo driving
roles and was a lead member of the driving display team at the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics.
The silver plated trophy is 34cm high inc lid and engraved base and trophy still has its natural patina of several years tarnish from storage.
