Description
Bentley EXP Speed 8 Wind Tunnel Rear Wing
This wonderful half-scale piece in alloy is from the RTN archive auctioned in December 2020.
Beautifully engineered, each piece is dated April 2002. This is the ‘mk4’ rear wing, a Peter Elleray development with wider mountings than those used at Le Mans in 2001 and 2002 with central pylons. Effectively this was an early development of the wing design used to win Le Mans in 2003.
A fantastic piece of Bentley LeMans memorabilia at a fraction of the £6000 paid for the full wind tunnel model. We offer this piece with a limited edition print of the Bentley winning LeMans in 2003 by David Burk, hand signed by Guy Smith who crossed the line in first place.
