1950 Italian Grand Prix Mechanics Armband for ERA

This is a fantastic piece of memorabilia from the first year of the Formula 1 World Championship. The title was won at the Monza race by Farina, but this armband was used by the mechanic to the number 32 ERA car driven by TC “Cuth” Harrison

Presented in a box frame with a paddock photograph from the race itself, this silk and elastic armband is in superb used condition. Cuth Harrison drive in 3 F1 races in 1950 including the first championship race at Silverstone. He later founded the TC Harrison Ford dealerships.
