Amidst the turmoil in the middle-east, Formula 1 2026 begins this weekend with the Australian GP from Albert Park in Melbourne.

Will Ferrari produce a dazzling start? Will Ford power Red Bull to success? Will Mercedes power prevail? Will Aston Martin manage a race distance?

Meantime we have some great new pieces new into stock ready for the new season direct from the collection of a seasoned journalist. From his last pre-F1 race at Monza in 2006, we offer a wonderful pair of Lewis Hamilton’s race used Puma GP2 gloves hand signed with his early full signature, complete with ‘non tobacco’  Marlboro markings, framed with a COA from the Monza GP2 title presentation event in September 2006 where they were auctioned for charity. Fast forward to 2025 and we also have a hand signed special Lewis Ferrari Silverstone cap.

From Lewis and Jenson’s time at McLaren we have a copy of David Tremayne’s ‘McLaren – The Wins’ hardback, signed superbly in silver by both British World Champions.

Ferrari will be hoping for a return to form this season. From the Scuderia’s dominant period in the 2000s, we offer a GH Mumm Jeroboam podium champagne with its original Mumm wooden box, beautifully signed by Michael and Rubens. A truly great item. Also for the Ferrari collector we have a replica Ivan Capelli helmet from 1992 and a pair of replica OMP gloves as used by Michael Schumacher, mounted and framed with a hand signed plaque.

A George Russell signed Mercedes cap is also new into stock this week, plus we have signed caps from Verstappen, Sainz, Piastri and Alonso from the current grid.

Here’s to a great race!

Thanks,

Tim
