The big news this week amongst the reveal of revised liveries had to be the announcement that Ford will provide powertrains to Red Bull under the new regulations commencing in 2026.
The Blue Oval last won a race in Brazil 2001 with the Jordan of Fisichella – arguably the most unlikely winning car in history. From Fisi’s time with Benetton we offer a race used and signed visor.
Ford’s last factory squad was with Stewart Grand Prix and we are delighted to offer the race seat from the 1999 SF3 driven by Johnny Herbert. The following season the team rebranded as Jaguar Racing and we offer a carbon inlet trumpet from the 2002 car as well as a full size Eddie Irvine Bieffe promotional helmet.
Jaguar ultimately became Red Bull and the story will come full circle. From the Milton Keynes squad’s championship years with Sebastian Vettel we have available a carbon OZ wheel trim, a pair of inconel titanium exhaust exits and a rear view mirror housing on a carbon plinth.
Lastly this week, as Aston Martin prepare to reveal their 2023 car with Fernando Alonso, we offer the Puma boots worn by Fernando at the 2008 Paris launch of the R28 Renault.
Thanks,
Tim
