It is now 33 years since Nigel Mansell secured his 1992 World Championship title, but for many ‘peak’ Mansell was in 1986-87 when he was partnered by Nelson Piquet and their rivalry was as intense as Senna and Prost’s became in the following seasons.

We have several pieces from each of these legendary Champions. Autosport Awards cased sculptures by Amalgam of Mansell’s Ferrari 640 (2018 awards) Ferrari and Piquet’s Brabham BT52 (2017 award), each with hand siogned plaques and part of a very limited edition of 130.

We have a framed Nicholas Watts print of both drivers in their Williams FW11 contenders at Brands Hatch in 1986 entitled Honda Supermacy, a luxurious Goodwood GRRC Members cap hand signed by Nigel ‘Red 5’ and one of the Zeon Mansell watches produced under licence in Nigel’s 1992 winning year.

For the Piquet enthusiast, we have a framed hand signed letter in response to fan mail after his massive 1992 Indycar accident, Benetton F1 and McLaren GTR press packs hand signed by Nelson and a framed and signed Alan Fearnley print of Piquet in his 1990 Benetton.

Finally we offer a pair of rare FIA end of season gala dinner menus, one marking Piquet’s 1987 championship award and the other, from 1988, when his fellow countryman won the title, namely Ayrton Senna…

Thanks,

Tim
