Delivery
Orders will usually be despatched within 4-5 working days
All packages are tracked and will require a signature on delivery. All deliveries will be made Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
If your are purchasing from outside the EU your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as Motorsport Memorabilia has no control over these charges and cannot accurately predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Motorsport Memorabilia you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Returns
If your goods are damaged on receipt, this needs to be reported to us by email or phone within 5 working days to enable us to refund you.
We will not be held responsible until the returned item reaches us. So all items need to be returned to us by a recorded service, at your own cost in a saleable condition.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.

Any images which appear on our website are the copyright of Motorsport Memorabilia. They may not be used, copied or reproduced in any form whatsoever without our express written permission unless they are purchased from us.
