Whilst there is no Grand Prix until the end of July, the shock announcement of Christian Horner’s displacement at Milton Keynes has kept the media working overtime. Silly season continues over the future of Max Verstappen whilst every team / driver / team principal permutation appears to have been confirmed by in-named sources!
New into stock this week we have a very special TAG Heuer Senna edition watch : the only version approved by Senna before he sadly died in 1994. This was originally sold in Brazil with a contribution from each sale going to the Senna foundation. A rare and sought after piece indeed.
Jarno Trulli celebrated his 51st birthday this week, whilst Goodwood had one of the best ever gatherings of former F1 drivers and champions with their cars at the Festival of Speed. From Jarno’s time at Jordan, we have a superb signed Bieffe factory painted marketing helmet used by the team in period and a Goodwood cap signed by Nigel Mansell, a cap signed by Emerson Fittipaldi and Jackie Stewart as well as a wonderful black and white photographic portrait of Alain Prost hand signed by the 4x champion.
Other rare pieces include a pair of carbon fibre wind tunnel helmets signed by the legendary designers Adrian Newey and Gordon Murray as well as a carbon airbox inlet shroud from the McLaren F1 signed by Gordon.
Thanks
Tim
