This particular model is the #32 Jordan Ford 191 - Team 7UP Formula 1 car that Michael Schumacher made his Formula 1 debut in at the 1991 Belgian Grand Prix at Spa.

As a relatively new company operating in the motorsport sphere, Motorsport Memorabilia are delighted to have been commissioned by a private collector to find a new home for his magnificent collection of 1:8 scale and one 1:4 scale race winning models used by the brilliant Michael Schumacher on his way to achieving his incredible seven Formula One drivers World Championships.

In 1955 the fearless Denis Jenkinson ('Jenks') navigated Stirling Moss and their Mercedes Benz 300SLR 722 to win the 1,000 mile Mille Miglia around Italy. Sterling Moss completed the 1955 Mille Miglia in 10 hours 7 minutes and 48 seconds, giving them an amazing average speed of 97.9mph, which have since been enshrined in motor racing history as the perpetual Mille Miglia race record.

When Lancia withdrew in 1955, Ferrari inherited its material, putting the modified D50 on the track for 1956 and, above all, a driver of Fangio’s ability. The Argentine returned the world championship title to Maranello at the end of an extremely hard-fought season. Fangio had three victories, taking the drivers’ championship thanks to the generosity of Collins.

This stunning 1:8 scale model Ferrari F40 LM hand crafted by Michel Stassart is Chassis no: ZFFGJ34B000074045 (Michelotto) from 1995. It was driven by Michele & Alian Ferte and Olivier Thevenin in the 4 four race at Paul Ricard as well as the 4 hour race at Jarama and 4 hour race at Nurburgring.
