| With only a week between the opening two races, it will be fascinating to see if Ferrari can maintain their apparent early advantage and if Red Bull can cure their powertrain reliability woes that also affected Gasly. The Mercedes engine certainly looked below par with the bottom six finishers all powered by the three pointed star. Ferrari are back on form and we are delighted to offer original parts from the Scuderia: a carbon inlet mounted as a desk piece and a 1986 presentation steering wheel. Wheel covers are back in this year on the new 18 inch rims. We have in stock two original race used examples from the last generation of cars to adopt them : a RB 5/6 Carbon OZ piece from the Red Bull and a deep blue metallic over carbon Avus item from the first Toro Rosso STR01. For the helmet collector we have two original Bell marketing helmets – the closest most of us can get to a race used helmet – from Olivier Panis’ 2003 season with Toyota and Nelson Piquet Jr’s from his controversial 2008 season with Renault. Hopefully Sebastian Vettel will return this weekend to improve Aston Martin’s fortunes.
