After a less than promising start to 2026, it would have taken a very brave person to predict a Max Verstappen win, let alone at Singapore this season on a track where he had never won before. His Sprint and Race wins following his Sepang masterclass suggest that the Red Bull is now competing with the Ferrari and Mercedes cars as well as the McLarens. Whilst the title appears to be heading to Kimi at Mercedes, possibly by the time the chequered flag drops in Austin, the runner up position is now a four way fight as Russell’s early promise once again evaporated. 

We have some superb new pieces in stock this week from the private collection that was previously on loan to a Museum over the last few years. These include a very rare 1978 race used Tyrrell steering wheel from the career of the late Didier Pironi, an official replica signed and presentation cased Bell helmet from Jacques Villenueve’s 1997 World Championship season and a replica of Mika Hakkinen’s 1992 Team Lotus helmet painted on an original Arai GP3 with a signed visor.

Race used parts from the career of the great Michael Schumacher are highly prized and to this end we have a wonderful carbon exhaust shield from his 2010 Mercedes GP car hand signed by Michael and team mate Nico Rosberg with authentication from the team. Unrepeatable.  

A genuine McLaren promotional Sparco racesuit used and worn by Mika Hakkinen in 2001 will grace any serious collection, whilst we have genuine used racesuits from Nick Heidfeld, Kazuki Nakajima, Narain Karthikeyan and Jacques Villeneuve recently added to our stock. 

Rear wing ends plates from Red Bull (with team LOA) and Renault are also newly arrived.
