The teams arrive in Monaco this weekend for the Grand Prix that continues to divide fans. This year’s cars should fare better, being slightly lighter and smaller but they are still in no way considered nimble compared to cars from earlier decades.

The capping of top speed via electrical deployment seems a far cry from some of the epic battles the Principality has provided including Senna’s debut in 1984 ahead of a record six wins. We have a wonderful hand built 1/43 scale diorama of the 1984 Toleman at Casino Square as well as incredible original Senna Art pieces including a superb bust β€˜The boy from Brazil’, β€˜Brazilian eyes’ and β€˜Rheos 91’ by Ben Payne.

The McLaren F1 road car was launched in Monaco in 1992, and we have an incredibly rare hardback brochure available signed by Gordon Murray who celebrated his 80th birthday this week. Also from the F1 project, we offer two new framed pieces also signed by Gordon as well as some beautifully displayed original artefacts direct from a former team member.

George Russell, Oscar Piastri and Lewis Hamilton will all be looking for the top spot in Sunday and we have have superb signed caps from each of them.

Meantime, please have a look at the site as we have many fantastic pieces suitable for every budget.

Happy browsing!

Thanks,

Tim
