Race used car parts from the Ron Dennis / McLaren era are exceptionally rare in coming to market.
We are privileged to offer this race used rear view mirror housing from the 2010 Vodafone McLaren Mercedes MP4/25a driven by Lewis Hamilton and the reigning world champion, Jenson Button in his first year with the Woking squad.
This ultra lightweight carbon fibre piece is finished in the most distinctive chrome (photos do not do this justice) with Johnnie Walker logo. It also has a sensor fitted and internal QR code / reference numbers.
McLaren have confirmed that his item was made in house on 29/01/10 and the aperture was for a FOM Formula One Management camera which wasn’t always used and sometimes just had a blanking panel in place.
A great addition to any serious McLaren collection.
